This Privacy Policy describes how Martamar Logistics Technology LLC ("Martamar", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in the course of providing our B2B logistics infrastructure services. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and transparency.

2. Nature of Data Processing & Communications

Martamar operates as a Data Processor for our clients. All electronic communications dispatched via our network are strictly **TRANSACTIONAL** or **SYSTEM-CRITICAL** in nature. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Automated Workflow Notifications (e.g., Package Arrival at Hub).
• System Alerts regarding Chain of Custody transfers.
• Cryptographical Proof-of-Delivery (POD) receipts.
• One-Time Passwords (OTP) and Secure PINs for asset release.
• SLA Compliance reporting for logistics nodes.

Strict Prohibition: Martamar does not permit, facilitate, or transmit marketing, promotional, or newsletter content. Our infrastructure is optimized for high-burst, event-driven system messaging only.

3. Zero Tolerance Spam Policy

Martamar maintains a rigorous **Zero Tolerance Policy** against unsolicited bulk electronic messaging (SPAM). In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act and international delivery standards:

• The use of purchased, rented, or third-party harvested lead lists is strictly prohibited.
• "Cold outreach" via our transactional API is a material breach of contract.
• All recipient data must be sourced from direct business interactions where the recipient has a reasonable expectation of receiving operational updates (e.g., after placing an order or initiating a shipment).

4. Account Verification & Double Opt-In

To ensure network integrity, Martamar implements mandatory **Account Verification Protocols**. Every new logistics node or vendor account must undergo a multi-step onboarding process, including:

• Double Opt-In (DOI): All administrative and technical contacts must verify their corporate identity through a double-confirmation email sequence before API credentials are issued.
• Domain Authentication: Vendors must demonstrate ownership of their dispatch domains via DKIM, SPF, and DMARC configuration.

5. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to maintain secure logistics routing:

• Corporate Data: Legal entity name, business address, and tax identification for B2B billing.
• Technical Metadata: IP addresses of originating nodes, API request logs, and event timestamps to ensure the legal chain of custody.
• Operational Data: Tracking IDs and hashed recipient identifiers required for automated alert delivery.

6. Data Security and Infrastructure

As a provider of critical infrastructure, security is paramount. We employ:

• Mutual TLS (mTLS) for all API communication.
• AES-256 encryption for data at rest.
• Strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for all internal systems.

7. Data Retention Policy

In accordance with US logistics regulations and legal liability requirements, Martamar retains transactional logs for a period of **90 days**. This data is kept strictly for audit trails and dispute resolution between logistics vendors. After this period, data is permanently scrubbed from our active production environment via automated lifecycle management.

8. International Data Transfers

For our clients operating across North American borders, we ensure that all data transfers comply with applicable cross-border data protection requirements, maintaining localized processing nodes in the United States to ensure minimum latency and maximum compliance.
