Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Martamar Logistics Technology API, dashboard, or routing infrastructure (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Martamar Logistics Technology LLC ("Martamar") and the business entity you represent ("Client").

2. Description of Service

Martamar provides high-availability transactional email routing and infrastructure for the courier and logistics marketplace. The Service is designed to facilitate real-time system alerts, proof-of-delivery receipts, and chain-of-custody documentation.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the infrastructure, Clients must complete a mandatory verification process. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete corporate information.
• Maintain the security of your API keys and access tokens.
• Promptly notify Martamar of any unauthorized access to your node.
• Ensure that all users within your organization adhere to the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

4. Usage Restrictions & Integrity

Client agrees that the Service shall be used solely for the transmission of transactional logistics data. Client shall NOT:

• Use the Service for marketing, promotional, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Attempt to bypass Martamar's automated content filters.
• Transmit data that violates third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Resell Martamar infrastructure without an explicit Enterprise Reseller Agreement.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Martamar aims for 99.9% uptime for our core routing engine. Maintenance windows are typically scheduled during low-traffic periods (Sunday 02:00 - 04:00 EST). Critical system alerts are prioritized via our Burst-Ready protocol to ensure sub-second event propagation.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the proprietary routing algorithms, API structures, and software, is the exclusive property of Martamar Logistics Technology LLC. No license is granted to the Client except the limited right to access the Service for business operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Martamar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a breakdown in the chain of custody if such breakdown is caused by Client's failure to maintain valid API connectivity or authenticated domains.

8. Termination of Service

Martamar reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the infrastructure immediately and without notice if a violation of the **Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)** is detected, particularly regarding the transmission of marketing content via transactional channels.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
